Essence Wellness is not responsible for:

• Weather-related delivery interruptions
• Incorrect shipping information provided by the patient
• Lost, stolen, or damaged packages after confirmed delivery
• Pharmacy inventory shortages or fulfillment delays

When possible, we will assist patients in coordinating communication with the pharmacy to help resolve delivery issues.
